Gavin Ryan
Gavin Ryan is the Executive Director and Director of FVS. Gavin has extensive expertise and experience in the design and implementation of many different election projects and governance events. This includes training in data security standards and in developing election protocols, training and processes to ensure election integrity measures are best practice and exceed regulatory requirements at both State and Federal level. Gavin has acted as an international observer in national elections conducted in the Asia-Pacific region and has conducted and supervised many polls and elections which have adopted various voting models and systems including in-person, hybrid and fully electronic elections.

Kiara Ryan has extensive experience in election management and governance, having worked with Fair Vote Services for the last 18 months. Kiara specialises in election platforms and logistics and election delivery. Kiara has a deep understanding of electoral processes, digital platforms and compliance with electoral regulations and compliance for different election and ballot models. As an election provider, Kiara has delivered fair, transparent and efficient election outcomes for over 100 elections.
